Update for the server MP3.1 RC6:

Main changes are:
* Elite default gameplay variant changed.
* Matchmaking update
* revert of Arrow weapon behaviour

why are there mandatory options anyways?
can't the server just keep running with the current values like it's doing with all the non-mandatory options?
