hi all,

i use wordpress 3.9.1 and i tried to install maniapress 0.3.1
(which i downloaded from the source: http://code.google.com/p/maniapress/downloads/list)

but i got these lines:

1. Entpacken des Pakets…
2. Das Theme wird installiert…
3. Das Paket konnte nicht installiert werden.
4. Dem Theme fehlt das style.css Stylesheet.
5. Die Themeinstallation ist fehlgeschlagen.

It seems that there is a file missed called "style.css.Stylesheet". What do you think? Is this a Problem of my pc, or of wordpress or is the zip.file not complete. if it's not complete, where can i get a complete one. And ... wouldnt it be good to upload maniapress to the store where you can download so much themes?

I'm sure, its a little problem for all the wordpress and maniapress-professionels, but i am totally noob in this...

Hi,

Maniapress is a "legacy" project that is not working with latest version of Wordpress.
Moreover the approach of the current version is not good, and it should be rewritten from scratch to be more effective.
I can't give any date about this nor confirm if it will be done.

An "easier" plugin would be something that automatically post from wordpress in maniaflash.
For now, I suggest you to use ManiaFlash manually in game.
