Hi there,

I wanted today to send a message to Alinoa, but the message remains in the port output hang. Then I waited 1 hour but nothing happened still! Then I looked in "Sent messages" but it does not show it. However, I have today sent a message to Haagse and she went to a couple of minutes from the Outbox.

What am I doing wrong?

It stays in the Outbox until the recipient reads it. That way you can still edit it.
