By following my topic E3 Trailer Secrets, I found some other secrets stuff.

2009 - E3 MP Trailer :

Old SM textures ? SM Cryo ? QuestMania ?

I think it's Cryo or textures from QM.

New TM² game ? Old 3D Valley blocs ?

I think It's an old version of the ramp in Valley

And we can see in the trailer there isn't any images from SMStorm.

I think it's some blocks who don't exist in the final version but can be good on some maps.

Hylis said somewhere that they were experimenting/learning by creating blocks for testing/developing purposes and they don't intend to release them (but they are going to add more blocks for the scenery, probably not the same which were shown in the E3 trailers). I guess they were experimenting to find the right theme for SM.

About the unknown SM blocks:

However, I agree that these blocks would be definitely great to use.

It is like desert for first TM, we did more block at the beginning to learn more. So, we are working on it

Guys, please stop posting stuff that is totally outdated as "news".

It is not secret, it was like work in progress or early preview.
This kind of stuff was already reported quite a few times, last time only a few weeks ago in July.
Therefore end here.
