"unlock_features" is the new name of old "gameplay_features" - you can remove old tag.

This trick is effective only on Stadium and you can use it on bases TMStadium and TMAll. Then you just select 64 mood in map creation dialog.

If I remember correctly 64 base is 52 blocks tall, instead 32.
