I have before me to create a private Mania Flash and wanted to know if you can install external tools / extensions for the Mania Flash?

I'm not sure I understand the question, ie. I don't understand what you mean with "install external tools / extensions for the Mania Flash". Do you have examples in mind, or can you elaborate?

I guess he is not familar with the Maniaflash tool, this is probably why he is asking if there are any addtional features for the maniaflash which require to be 'installed'

To your question: You don't need to install anything, everything is already ( or always was ) included in Maniaplanet. If there are any new features within updates, they will be downloaded/installed internally.
