What is the path to delete the medal standings so you can start over if you want???

So you can earn again and again medals and planets for it? No way
However you can always try to improve your times

I support the idea of being able to reset the medals, of course without getting planets again

You receive planets when driving in official mode only; and those times are stored on the Nadeo masterserver. This means that even if you delete your local scorefiles (where the medals, etc. are saved), you still can't win additional planets on maps where you have an official time.
