some Servers are not joinable

on some servers I can not join it always returns the error message "connection failed"
Can anyone help me? was it in the last 5 days an update?
I have not changed anything and yet I can not join my server also.

uhm . some servers are realy old and not up to date.
So you can not connect them.
Or server is just locked ?
