ManiaPlanet Master Server problem

a few days, before i entering the game server I get this error message:

Error: Unable to sync your profile with the main server . Your profile is not completely updated. Further changes to your profile could not be included in the account at the next boot

in the launcher configuration, do you have "single profile" or "multiple profile" selected?
Change it and start again, to see if this helps.

If you still have the error, please make a backup of your profile file (e.g. in Windows 7 it is typically there) C:\Users\yourname\Documents\ManiaPlanet\Config\yourname.Profile.Gbx and delete this file. It will be created again.

I did what you suggested , but still the error message reappears . I think I will reinstall everything short and if the error remains 'll see what we can do !!! thank you very much for your interest to my problem

Make sure to install it with administrator rights, and to start it in windowed mode first, so you can see messages from Windows or firewalls.

I'm back ........ I installed the game again like you said in admin mode but the problem persists ........ I formatted the HD and installed the OS and the game but the problem remains ......... I do not know what to do ..... help? many thanks bro

Please check your internet settings.
Are you able to ping any server from ManiaPlanet?
www.maniaplanet.com
mp05.maniaplanet.com
etc. like shown here http://maniaplanet.com/status

Please check their IP addresses, they shall not start with 127.x.y.z (in that case, your hosts file is modified... find it and delete wrong entries here).

Also check very carefully your firewalls and your antivirus / internet security suite if it does not block ManiaPlanet by error (check also if there are multiple entries).

I checked everything and everything seems to be ok. ManiaPlanet status ok, ok firewall and host ok, but still that damn error message tells me I have problems connecting to the master server ......... I have also searched on the web to see if I found other people with the same problem, but I have not found anything ...... my TM2 Stadium I bought it just came out and it was still in beta, and I've never had any problems (except after a recent update), for some time I've also bought other games on steam and since I installed steam are blown out a bit of trouble. I thought it was going steam in conflict with ManiaPlanet, now steam is not installed, but the error was .................... and thank you for your availability ciao bro

What did the pings result to?

Please also indicate your login so the support can check if the database is OK.

Another idea is to create a new user.
This will only allow you to play in demo mode, but it also should connect to the master server, just to try if it is related to your user or your PC/network system, or the master server.
