Getting rankings for all titles for certain login (Missing)

Hello,
I'm missing the function to get all rankings (for all titles) for a login. Without having to use maniaconnect, then get all titles, then get per title the rankings (thats too much for this litle).
I need it because I'm working on a project that shows rankings, and I want to make a special view for all rankings (including 3th part titles).

Is it possible if this function can be created?
