[VeryNotImportantBug] Start lights don't works in spectator

Hey 
I saw in a ESWC stream that lights at start didn't work.
See this video and you'll see that the lights are red, and after they are yellow/orange but they come back to the red color instead of green:

Just reported it but i don't think it's really important but if you are bored, you can fix that
