not all settings saved with different user profiles

I have been saving 2 different profiles and whild doing so found a problem. I noticed that certain settings go right back to a default (which i can't change) set by the game. under graphic settings, Car Reflections, Bloom, and maybe some others... but even with these 2 settings I get lag. So my Question is: Why can't i save these Settings in my user profile so i don't have to change them again and again each time i Restart the game?

are those 2 profiles from ancient versions of ManiaPlanet?
Then it might be that you need to delete those profiles and let the actual game client create them new, and then you might be able to set the desired settings properly.
That's a annoying issue that was never really fixed because it is not always reproducible :?

Got it too here, but with spaces in the name. (or atleast thats the weirdest char in the name).

Small update, I just tried to figure out why Bloom is not saved anymore, even after chosing and saving "Very Nice" preset first:
Apparently, Bloom is reset to none if PostprocessFX is not also checked.
Leaving PostprocessFX checked, Bloom is now saved properly... :?

I would expect that Bloom setting is idependent - and therefore should be saved idenpendently of PostprocessFX :!:
