MT tracks show up in other languages

Funny finding this time:

Using the English language setting in ManiaPlanet, and when loading a track that was made with a French setting, in the MT, e.g. the following Ambiance tracks appear with their French name:

Brouillard (fog)
Etalonnage de couleurs (color grading)

After deleting and inserting them again, they appear in English.
I then added all kind of tracks there, saved the map, restarted the game switched the language to German, all Ambiance track names appeared in English.

Then I deleted all tracks, and added them again, with their German designation, saved the Map, and... new bug... I could not exit the MT Ambiance editor anymore :? Ah, no, it is because of the 3D triangles... as long as that track is enabled, exiting is blocked  I had to select another track before, and then exiting was possible again...

Then switched back to French language... loaded the map, and all MT Ambiance tracks are still in German...

1. Please fix this  use MT track types/Indices instead of "wrong language" names
2. Please allow to switch the language also ingame

Thanks :)

it's because track name is not something dynamic, but just titled in whatever language the game is now... so it's not a "bug" (since it was in TMF too, I presume it always was like this; and you can rename the tracks yourself). imho tracks colorcoding does a good enough job of telling what it is.

Why are you telling it's not a bug where this is clearly one?
And only because it was like this in older games, this does not mean it should not be fixed in ManiaPlanet.

Certainly the priority for this is relatively low, so it's just another point on the "big todo list",
but you have to admit it is confusing for those who don't speak the "other" languages.

it's a bug in the same way as if you created a New Folder folder in English windows, then changed windows language to French and complained why it's not Nouveau Dossier.

Good example, because some special Windows folders are actually renamed automatically when the language is changed, like "My Documents", "My Pictures", "My Music" etc.
And I would rather see the MT tracks of the Ambience as special folders, because they have clear defined and distinct functions.
At least for those tracks which can be there only once.
Of course, if a folder was renamed, it is more complicated.

So let's make it a improvement request:

The current language's type designation of each track should be displayed on the left, at least when clicking on each track.
Because at the moment, only the actual name is displayed on top, eve in wrong language.
And on the left, there is always enough space for the track properties.

I see this as help for users. :)
