3 Little questions. Sry if someone already ask it.

1- Spy all Cps plugin. I use this on different server providers and always the same. I explain.
You have in this plugin in the middle of the screen: your Dedi/ Dedi 1º - Local 1º/ your Local. So why do i get in one lap ex: local1º - +0.001/your Local +0.005 and then in next lap it gives me Local1º - +0.100/ Your Local -0.050? So if i'm in 2nd lap doing better then my PB why the time increase in the local 1º? don't understand this. I normally don't know if i'm doing better when i'm training.
2 - Why does the clock in servers for me ( i think, i already ask to others and they ok ) it's 30min late? the game clock it's correct but not the ones in the servers.
3 - Why the replays that we download from Mania they have delay in start?
