I already reported this bug, matchmaking is sending you to 2 different matches at the same time.
So while you're playing your match, 'you' are still in the lobby and get send to another match, but once the matchmaking sends 'you' to the match server you don't appear, like you left the match and this causes the ban.

Just have to be patient and positive lukas! Slow and steady wins the race!
You're only waiting since July 2014 so chillax. Have to be patient.
