Can't move crosshair

I had a really weird bug today, it happened twice for now and i had to reboot my PC to fix it (i don't remember if i tried a simple game reboot 
)
Bug : I couldn't move my crosshair, like sensitivity was at 0 or my mouse was disconnected (I couldn't shot so it was more like a mouse disconnection) but once i pressed alt (to free the mouse) i could travel through the menus as usual, no problems on any other programm.
I tried different servers and went in map editor but still this bug, once i rebooted my PC everything was fine. Later after i stopped playing i relaunched the game and the bug was there for the second time.
EDIT : I had the bug again, i restarted the game, bug still there
RE-EDIT : After restarting my game a second time it works fine
