STOP Maniaplanet News

Why is it spamming my news feed?

These messages are more cryptic than Viagra spam you get as mail. Almost none of them have links, even if the original message, which has apparently been "retweeted", actually has links.
Stop spamming my feed with this nonesense.
If you don't have the time and ressources to copy those things properly, then don't waste my time and ressources to find out what part of my feed is even barely interesting.
Things like these is make these MP social features just look pathetic and that's a shame, because actually that news feed isn't that bad after all. But STOP turning your own features to garbage every god damn time. Please. And stop spamming me omg.

And you please stop your bad language on the first place!
Can't you write normally? It is absolutely not "cool" and also not very nice from you!
You should also learn that the news feed is not from Nadeo alone, but from anyone who wants to provide news in ManiaPlanet.
I for my part simply ignore it - because it is spam as you wrote
If you want an improvement, you should propose a filter option,
e.g. to filter only for news from Nadeo and from "watched" news reporters.

Bad language? I don't see any, please be more precise.

That's the point. It's a very not-fun experience to try and filter out what is and isn't spam on my own.

I think I implicitly proposed to have the links (and probably other formatting as well) working in the messages.
I also proposed to stop Maniaplanet News if it doesn't work properly.
Your idea would be good as well.

This is all NADEO news, no? Cuz they shared it on THEIR channel.

More specific? sure:
UrinStein wrote:viagra spam... with this nonesense...garbage every god damn time...
such drastic wording is unnecessary

Ok, good

Yeah. But it is more like a general channel. Look at the senders... it could be anyone using ManiaNews... if the people are not using it properly, that's the output.

Wow, I actually just now realise that the news you get on the Player Page, are just 20% of what you get ingame. These nonsense cryptic messages turn out to be the headlines of longer articles that DO have information and links in them. But I never knew about any of this stuff, because I looked at the news on my Player Page which none of these features other than (here comes the best part) commenting on the headlines of those articles, without giving you the possibility to see all of it.
So as it turns out, the problem is not Maniaflash itself (or whatever it is, I find all these names confusing), but its implementation on the Player Page, which is confusing and lacks any of the actual features.
Nonetheless, TMarc made a good point, that ManiaNews and Buddy List News should be filterable.
viagra nonesense garbage
It is a mystery to me how anyone can be offended by this.

I think the settings in the player page are missing indeed some things.
If the newsflashes of Maniaplanet news would look like in the player page as in the Maniaplanet toolkit app it would make more sense;
I made some screenies from that app to show whats possible:
and clicking on 1 newsitem will resolve in this
The blue lines in that topic are real working links
Greetz,
