Hello everyone. I was think of doing a Shootmania lan later in the year and would like to know what people think and who would like to see it happen. The lan would be in Walsall, West Midlands UK.

There would be an Elite competition going on and if we can fill the hall up would be looking at about up to £1700 prize pool.

We have room for about 13/14 elite teams and plenty of servers to run the games on. The lan would be about £50 per head and would include indoor sleeping free tea and coffee.

Looks good

but as most players are french they'll need to travel overseas which means €€€€.
So if the travel costs are more than the prize money then it would become a problem for most esports organisations.

( I know somebody will reply : play for fun , and not for the money... )

Anyways as a manager of an organisation I can already tell you that this will be a problem.
