Ladder Issue [solved]

Hi, to be quick I have 2 server on my machine both working properly no issue.
My team-mate run a server for US but for some reason we can't find where is our error.
The Server ladder is registered 0-80k for TMCanyon, the server run TMCanyon but when we look at the ladder of that server it's 0-50k we been trying to fix it for an hours and we still didn't find what else to change as my server setting was the same a his server setting.

Side note: the only difference is his server run on Linux and mine run on windows.

Did you well register your server as a ladder server in your player page by selecting the Canyon title:

yes it is properly registered as the server was 40k-80k and properly working at a time then no more ladder so we started to dig the setting in order to find the reason why, I've asked Sbone to check the server see if the ladder was suspended for any reason which it wasn't the case but the server setting wasn't correct; yesterday we fixed the config made the change based on my 80k server setting.
We have deleted the 40k-80 and renew it with the 0-80k rules and still not working.
We are out of ressource now.
The only thing I could think of is starting over with fresh empty config.

Are you using an own server login for exactly this server?
Not that it is already used for another server that has still the limitation.
Perhaps also shut off the server over night and start it another day.

all server are seperate and each of the as their own rules, ladder, title.

hm. Shut down the dedicated server, remove the ladder server from the player page, and add it again tomorrow. Perhaps this helps.

I've requested to my team-mate who has the machine to give me acces i had to rewrite the config file from top to bottom and finally got it to work I can't find what was the issue but I think Admin server apps messed up the config files. anyway thankx.
