Not sure if it has been reported yet, but if it was - then it's not fixed yet.
Apparently this issue only occurs on 100k Siege servers. Basically, at the start of each new maps, only a few players are actually the spawning. From 12 players maybe 4 or 5 people get to play. The rest is in spectator mode, as if they have been eliminated. Restarting the map resolves the issue, but it's still annoying and needs a fix.

This happened to me too More than once.

Imagine playing an important match and it's fucked up cuz you cant even spawn xD

It's because S_NbPlayersPerTeamMax is not at 0 !

When the value is not 0 (5 per exemple for a 5v5), players spawn bug and some people are stuck in spec, so tell to the master admin to set the value to 0

This makes zero sense, but if it works I'll set it then. ^^
But then there will be the risk ov 7v5 so that's crap again. ^^ Nadeo should fix this issue.
