I posted a topic about my problem with my account and the titlepack obstacle and I was wondering if its possible to get an OOLLDDDD account with the login "volza" the last rename of this account was Prims with black and orange and Prims is too the login of my account with the problem, I dont know if these proof are sufficient but I hope i'll have an account back to play obstacle pls <3

You know, the nickname you can change as much as you want, regardless how old the account is.
There is no other login that starts with Prims: http://www.maniaviewer.com/index.php?site=search_player

And only to tell the name of a login is not a proof that this account is yours.
You need to contact Ubisoft support, "ask a question" related to ManiaPlanet etc. in order to retrieve a "lost" account.

The game is running fine for many others without any problem.

It is not working fine on your system because either you do not tell everything or you do not follow our recommendations or you have done something you don't remember.

There can be many causes, and I tried to help you already in the other thread, but it is very difficult if you do not understand

Where did you purchase the game exactly?
Do you still have proof of purchase, like confirmation e-mail, game key, purchase receipt etc.?
