TrackMania² Stadium you can get for 5,99€.
And if you still need the older game: TrackMania United Forever Star Edition is there for 17,99€.
Note:
If you don't like Steam that much, no problem, you can still use the regular ManiaPlanet standalone client later,
because only this allows to play the TrackMania² mixed title (one server with maps for Canyon, Stadium and Valley all together).
You only need to install the games and start them at least once, so a ManiaPlanet account is created (you can also use your existing account then) and the key is assigned to it.
