I moved to TM² for like a year now. I was lucky since today... my game never crashed ... I can't ecen remember getting a single invalid time oO ... But now I have a sirius problem: when I start the game I do not get the connection with the server ... the reason: (12029).
Now I've seeked a bit and looked around like an hour on the Internet.
1. IE configuration [x]
2. Router configuration untuched [x]
3. Fed my cat and the dishes done [x]
4. Inti virus programm on/off [x]
5. can't even ping "maniaplanet.com" ... [?]
...
I nearly begging for help

Intresting ... mp05 is working now.

So my problem seem to be fixed for now ?! .... Anyway!
I think this can be closed, or whatever you guys do with kinda threats like this.

Sometimes the issue was due to bad routing between ISP, and here we (players) can't do much unfortunately, only report it.

Hi so I have been struggling to get this game to work and have had the same 12029 error message. I have tried everything that you have firewall, port forwarding, router reset. I have an account and i havent been able to connect to mp02. I really need help please.

mp02 is working fine, I'm able to connect properly.
Did you read the notes about Internet Explorer also?
It needs to have default settings, and in online mode, even if you're using another web browser by default.
