Grapple visual bugs

Each time i take a grapple there are one or two white lines that appear in the sky.

Sometimes the grapple has a very low quality texture (i'm playing with high quality texture)

Also there are bugs when you take more than one grapple.
The 2nd grapple may twinkle or it can be completly invisible (as explained here : viewtopic.php?f=469&t=28950&p=226202 )
