Editor plugin - cannot enter OffZone place mode

Hello,
It's maybe silly, but changing PlaceMode to CEditorPlugin::PlaceMode::OffZone has no effect in TrackMania map editor. I know OffZone in TrackMania is useless, but editor plugins should be allowed to enter this placing mode, because current behavior of PlaceMode variable is weird (it goes back to previous value).
