Why should lower LP not be allowed to spectate?

I think "new" players should be able to learn from experienced players so its cool that they can specc.
What I dont like is that the spectators can distract me and talk with me.

If both these things could be in the game then that would be awesome ^^

oha, yeah, spectators with less LP should not be allowed to play. This is more precise description
