i get the impression it was requested many times and i have no hope of Trackmania Turbo (2015) having it, but yeah, it would be awesome. it's strange how little features like this are absent in most games.

And I still would be happy to play with a steering wheel (like I did in TMU)
Occulus Rift + steering wheel should be a great experience

idk if oculus rift is possible in TMT but im pretty sure its possible with steering wheels like logitech or thrustmaster.
i HOPE that TMT has support on special devices.
