I'm curious how many game modes TMT will have? It's only time attack in solo(boring) and time attack/rounds in MP?

There is Arcade mode. And I think it'll be a really nice mode for parties.

Note, that TMTurbo won't contain ManiaScript (as far as we know).

actually as far as we know all the standard game modes are made with ManiaScript
the thing is that you can't create your own ones
