Waiting time for rounds to start

Hello,
Recently we have updated our dedicated servers to the latest version. Since we have done so we have this problem on our Rounds server that we have to wait around one minute in between the different rounds, for the warmup to start and after the warmup for the first round to start.
I suspected this was some kind of new setting since ManiaPlanet 3 but I cannot find anything of that sort. I tried a setting with this new feature "MatchMaking" that has arrived since ManiaPlanet 3, but no result:
S_MatchmakingWaitingTime (Waiting time at the beginning of the matches)
