Hi, I tried to apply for a recovery password email and a message says that “there is no mail in the account”.

I know my username, and my code of buy. I think my account has been stolen or blocked.

where did you purchase the game?
did you have a email in your account settings before?

For anything related to accounts, please contact ubisoft (go on their website, then support, ask a question).

I bought the game online, and all I got was a mail with a code of 5 digits, nothing else. In Maniaplanet I could receive an email with a new password, which worked in Maniaplanet but doesn´t work in TmUnitedForever

If you purchased the game online... then where exactly?

Normally you get a purchase confirmation mail, which contains a key in the format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxx
The 5-digit-code you get only in a second step, after having created a Maniaplanet account.

But if you're now talking of TMUF, this is definitely the wrong forum, because as the name says, it deals with Maniaplanet.

I have the same problem.
I forgotten my password and tried to recover it, but a message saying "There is no mail in the account." shows to me.

please contact Ubisoft support, they are canalizing such queries.

I did it, but they send me to try maniaplanet support, but there aren't support to my problem

When did they do this? Actually they have to forward it internally
