Game Crash without Error

Dear all,

Since several months I am facing a huge problem in TM2:S.

During the gameplay I am having irregular game freezes and I have to close the game completely. It is quite confusing that this error does not occur every time or after specific actions. And it does not occur on all servers.

It does not crash during a race / round or on any particular block. These crashes take place when a round ends (after finish or after giving up) or before the map changes.

The only random thing is that sometimes it crashes after some minutes and sometimes e.g. after one hour.

Of course this is quite annoying escpecially while driving wars or tournaments (such as CPS).

In the past I have already asked Ubisoft for support but none of the measures worked.

After all I have found a kind of pattern: These game freezes only occur while driving on maps which are using the ESL Competion Title Pack or driving on a server which has the Title Pack installed - on other Servers or in classic single player mode this error did not occur, yet.

I have already contacted ESL but as the Competition Title Pack but as this pack only focusses on special blocks and a new menu it seams to be a weird interaction between the pack and the game.

After downloading the ManiaPlanet_logs.exe I was able to create an logfile, but this only shows how it stopped writing the log (I have copied only the last several lines in here):

I would like to ask you if this problem is already known, if there is any possible fix or options to be switched or if this problem could be checked by the development team.

If you need any further information please let me know.

Thank you very much for your support.

Sorry, I don't have.
One idea could be to delete the ESL packs and textures from your disk, also clean the cache,
and let the game install the title automatically again (if this is possible).

Unfortunately the log does not tell anything about the crash cause, but thanks you did try at least.
