So, my question in name of the topic. I really don't want link my "no steam" game to the steam, that only publish my maps. I think, that I know solution:

- Download a demo version from the steam
- Log In with your account
- I think, that game will works in "demo mode"
- Then I'll just publish all my maps and items in the workshop

Who tested this method? Will this works fine or, if I login by my account, game will link to the steam (and adds to the my steam library)?

You can try that, but why not just enter your game key into Steam? ("Add a game" -> "Activate a Product on Steam")

Just all time "Trackmania" associated for me as "Non-steam" game, because I always played without steam.. (SunRise, Nations, United)

You don't have to start Trackmania with Steam after you added it to your library. If you don't download the game with steam you can still use the standalone version of Maniaplanet and everything should be fine.

^ Yes, that. I have all Maniaplanet games on Steam but I never even play the Steam versions much because I have the standalone version for different title packs and such

Very soon I'll try method with demo version. Just I will confused, if I'll have trackmania in my steam library, don't know why. Maybe, because I don't want have more games in my list?

Personally when valley got out, I bought it from gamesplanet and then registered the key into my non-steam game and downloaded the valley titlepack. At that moment I registered the key in steam and didn't download the game from steam but I had access to the workshop.

Hm, need try this. And this will better, because no need download second game, if you have access to workshop in standalone version.
