I have tried 5 times to purchase the game with 2 different cards that I know work. Is there a problem on the other side?

I have the same problem. Visa isn't accepted and after filling it in for the 6th time with Pay Pal it worked...welll...altleast the payment, but no key so far.

Has anyone responded to this problem yet on the other side?

I'm also having this problem... Tried with both my Mastercard (Which I used just fine yesterday) and my PayPal, both were refused numerous times.

Have yet to see anything on this, although I'm willing to bet it's a server load issue.

No response as of yet. Visa doesn't work and says the is a problem. Just payed with it earlier today. Pay Pal has confirmed the transaction, but still anxiously awaiting the key for downloading...

Come on guys! I've been waiting months for this. I even took the day off...

I also get purchase refused error, is it just serverlaod ?

This is the reason why I hate paying online. The problem seems to be with everyone, hopefully they can get it back up by tomorrow. Time to get some sleep guys

Got it going using paypal, but I also need to gift the game to someone else and it refuses me !!

There are also lots of people that haven't had any problems and are playing the game. I had no payment problems at all.

More than likely you managed to get through before the deluge of requests brought the payment servers down.
