im trying to preorder to get the beta, i choose paypal and click confirm like it says but i keep getting this

I have tried 4 times and with different credit cards. wat is going on. My friend got to buy with paypal but now it says that he must wait 8 hours before he can play? hahaha this is crazy

I have tried both US and EU mania planets and its still bust
