Just wondering if there's anyone else still waiting for their activation key out there, and if so how long have you waited and what was your payment method? I know a lot of people received their activation code immediately (or near to) after purchase, so I'm just looking to see if there's a pattern to it. Perhaps people who purchased around a certain time are till waiting, or it could be certain payment methods take longer to validate, or it could be just some random thing. Curiosity and boredom are the factors that drive me to post this.

For myself I've been waiting for five hours (well as I write this its been four and three quarter hours but close enough), and I payed via PayPal.

Also, I feel I should mention that this isn't be bitching about having to wait.. The confirmation email I received warned that there could be a wait of "a few" hours for my key, and not to contact Support until after 12 hours. This is a beta release so things are expected to not go as planned, much better to work the kinks out now than on the release day!

I ordered with PayPal about 5-6 hours ago and haven't even received a confirmation email, much less the key. The money was taken from my account and I was able to download and install the game. I just can't play. It's actually making me quite anxious.

In the same place you went to download. It's the "cd-key" in step 3. I assume this is what you're looking for. I thought i had to get my cd-key in the e-mail as well.

Dang, can't help you then. When i paid i got an e-mail with the info to my account. The i clicked a link, took me to maniaplanet's portal, and gave me a step by step guide with other links and a downloader. This was done through paypal and took 20 minutes from payment to install.

I'm starting to wonder if my order was lost as I didn't even get a confirmation email. This kind of sucks since my account was charged and I haven't even gotten anything yet after about 12 hours.

I got all excited for a second because I got an email from support, sadly it was just one of the pre-prepared answers, basically there's nothing they can do, and to wait another 24 hours.

If you have not received the second mail with the key within 24 hours (please check your spam filter just to make sure), contact us again providing another email address we can send the email to.

I guess my concern is: why was my paypal account deemed unsafe and needed verification, while others immediately received their key?

EDIT: I'm not meaning to sound like I'm angry at them, I do understand that there really is nothing they can do. I just wish I hadn't taken a whole day off work today for the beta release.

Ya, I've checked my spam box multiple times and still haven't gotten anything. I have the same concerns as a lot of users are getting different emails and responses along with receiving a key immediately.

I ordered 7 hours ago with a credit card and still no key in my inbox or spam...
