Hope someone can help me with my problem, Ive sent emails to the Support.maniaplanet.en@gamesplanet.com but with no luck, My problem is i cannot spend my mania planets in game, Seems like my validation code is no good? I try to get a new one using the player page but it says This game key is already used. So i go to the player keys tab to associate my player key to my account but it says This game key is not activated. I have spent planets ingame before but now it just seems to have stoped working?

I accidentally deleted the email I received upon purchasing the game.. I therefore lost and didn't register neither my validation code nor my player key.

Please contact your retailer support to recover your purchasing key.
Then you will be able to change your validation code on your maniaplanet player page

What do you want to do exactly?
There are two different codes: the game key and the validation code.
They have different formats, the game key is something like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXX and the validation code is like YYYYY.

You can only enter a validation code for the account you have generated it.
Where did you get the code from?
Normally you can generate it yourself.
And make sure to use the new player page!

Yes, and i have generated a new Validation code(YYYY) through this site: https://www.maniaplanet.com/account/validation-code. Here i used my Game Key(XXX-XXX-XXXX-XXX)

But my new validation code doesn't work when i will buy some stations.?

And if i cant buy stations, i cant play other games than through "channels" where its possible to try different shootmania game categories.

I have paid for the game, so i expect it can work some how.

Could your please try there first?

And if it does not work...
I fear we have to wait for an official answer regarding the usage of planets since the last major modification and the update to Maniaplanet 4.
Or you contact the Ubisoft support regarding this specific issue, as they are typically dealing with account related issues.
