Replays to video

Hi. This is my first try making replay to avi video. What im possibly doing wrong?
This is what I did:
I played map for 20minutes (2 rounds), finished it and podium comes, then I went to "menu" > "save replay" and hit OK. I did same with another map
Then I went to replay editor, choose file, simple editor and load the replay
The problem is the another file was only 2minutes long and the another only 6minutes. Both of the replays should lasted near 20minutes.
Another problem is when i render the replays to avi all the avis are splitted to 15sec long 1gb files and theres tens of splitted avi parts in the folder. How can i make it full one file? (I use uncompressed avi)
Does the replay cut between the rounds? I would need to record finish to end track with 2 rounds in it, I just save the replay after the whole track?
PS. What is the best method to get full screen capture, with texts and everything? All the programs ive tried creates jitter video so i have to use replays for now, but i think there are tricks to go around? It would be perfect to capture whole screen
