I would like to knowy how turn off opponents ghosts in online multiplayer game...

Unfortunately it's not possible, but you can hide opponent's names by pressing D-Pad UP.

Yeah, i know, thank you...
But I would like to know, if it will be possible in full game, because you cant be so concetrated when there are so many opponents and you cant see the track in front of you...
It could be a reason to DONT buy this game

Also it can cause performance issues on PC. With 50 cars on ultra settings my game (MP) has frame rate drops, while without cars it's fine 60 fps.

I agree that's pretty bad that we cannot switch cars off, I see no reason why it doesn't exist

Why would you want to switch off cars? You are playing a multiplayer game to race against other opponents, not against yourself, see ET style competitions
If the game gets designed for PS4/XBOX and runs smoothly with cars on and a full server, then you need to upgrade your PC and don't complain about it. Or you can of course by the console version

My PC is okay for me, but man, do you really want to play in a 20 seconds map with 70 cars in the way ? Really ?
And why can't we switch them off, what does that do ? It only adds an option, what's the problem ? Somebody get hurt if they do that ?...
