[BUG(?)] Lagoon car still drivable with Engine Off

I found this bug, it appears only on the
wodden blocks.
Also it doesnt matter which direction you go, it always works.
you can drive only 1-2 kmh, so it might be uninteresting to fix
backwards doesnt work

That's just the starter motor. It will break soon if you keep doing that
