  • Reaching the PS/Xbox Trackmania community, knowing how you can get in touch with them
Work on support and protest tickets
    Writing announcement/result newsposts
Making ESL TrackMania the best place for players
    Working in our team
Becoming Staff Head for the future
What do we expect from you?
  • Be at least 16 years old
    Proficient language skills (English)
Own a PS4/Xbox One version of the game
Experience of Trackmania (this shouldn't be a must, but it is an advantage)
Knowledge of the playerside of the ESL system
A sense of responsibility, reliability and flexibility
    Teamspirit and good conflict management
    Calm conduct

Why only on consoles? Let me guess that you only plan on using Stadium for your competitions again? :?

How you'll handle team competitions since there is no team mode in the game ? It will be only individual tournaments ?

Same here. No good ways to learn the tracks if you can't play against ghosts of good players or see their best times online btw. Also i think you might not find that many interested competetive players on consoles. I might be wrong if it's for FIFA and stuff but TMT has probably more casual players than players wanting to compete in big tournaments.

This game was not made to offer possibilities for competitions

Its a fun game so would be the matches. Dont think in known TM match modes just what are fun and easy to play. The consoles way.
Its also not like Forza or Project Cars or smth, its TM. And it has its type of experience of playing, for fun^^ Time attacks, maybe Rounds, etc.

Of course no team competitions^^

Since it's for consoles and not for PC, this makes sense. Good job
