I think Papychampy has create most, if not all maps.
Respawns should of course be possible at any checkpoint, but there are known issues on the vertical ones in Lagoon.

Anyway, respawn is not useful if you try to get medals. Just try harder

Isn't the issue you're talking about only in the editor?

Anyway, there's indeed at least one checkpoint, the last on #143, where it's almost impossible to respawn. However the problem isn't only about the checkpoint itself (though it's a bit hard to get enough speed from it), but with the last jump which seems to be random.

You know it is very annoying to a 3 rounds haul a lucky edge before jumping on an engine stop to have followed by a Back Booster and the speed thus not sufficient for the cart on the edge makes the most impossible stunts. From the last CP of speed is not enough to get through the Back Booster.
Because it is the 145th Map in Solo is you can assume that I am not stupid, instead, I have 91 of 159 Green Maps and driven the rest is gold, only the 145 is silver.
The culprit is only this Lucky edge before jumping.

Maps #143 and #145 are red, so you have Trackmaster medals (not "green maps"), right?
It's really silly to have same color for maps and medals
