Opinion about Valley im TM Turbo

Valley is one of my personal favorite environments, and since Turbo got announced I was curious how changed it could be compared to TM2, at first I thought it would be just the same with the turbo outdoors and decorations but I'm impressed at the fact that how it is way more complete, all the new dirt blocks, the castle pack, the terrain modifications, imo valley is 100% better with all of that new stuff, hopefully those new blocks and more will come in tm2 at some point.
Oh yeah, not sure if this is actually a thing, but I feel that the valley car is more satisfying to drive on dirt now.

Yeah, I noticed the same.
Also on bitume roads, the drift can be controlled a bit better.

Yup, dirt driving is smoothened out now which makes it much easier to handle now. Really appreciate that change, even though I personally didn't have a problem with the twitchy dirt handling from TM2. However I feel like the car is kinda less responsive and feels a little heavier too in comparison to TM2 (which is the case for Canyon too in my eyes).
But yeah, it's indeed great to see Valley being finally "complete" regarding block selection because TM2 Valley was rather unfinished when it comes to that.

Thank you for the clarification. Hope this changes will also appear with MP4 because contrary to you, I really get frustrated with the "twitchy" handling on dirt and still try to get to understand it

tm2 valley handling is perfectly fine the way it is hopefully they will NOT change it
edit: with a controller

My problem is, that I can play valley dirt really nice with keyboard, but as soon as I switch to analogue steering I lose all control for the car. So I have the choice to drive with my pad on street maps with small dirt sections or use the kb for full dirt maps. But as soon as it is 50:50 I lose either the sensitivity I have for driving with pad on concrete roads or the control over the car that I have on dirt when using the kb.

Let's hope there will be an open beta for MP4.0 so we get the best possible feedback to make TM on MP the game it should have been since the beginning.

I could agree if my controller wasn't broken

i don't want to sound like im just brushing off your opinion but this new valley has a lot more focus on going fast since it's easier to drive anywhere, the valley car and the environment's feels like a slower canyon on dirt, changing the physics would make getting gold/nadeo medals a joke, also changing the handling and never been able to play with the old one again would be just sad

Maybe Im just bad or dont have enough practice in Valley but for me Valley is the hardest envi to get gold/nadeo medals, especially when you play with keyboard
Besides, Im not sure if the twitchy controls of MP-Valley would have been a good thing for a console game thats meant to be more beginner-friendly so perhaps thats why they changed it^^
