When assigning general keys, is there any way to assign the key for "enter".

I would like to navigate using pad only, however can't seem to see which option this would be.

Enter is typically "respawn" in game.
But the enter key for any other menu action (e.g. "execute" or confirm string entry for chat) is not modifiable.

Oh ok, shame. Seems I always have to have a keyboard around when playing.
