In case it's not known custom signs for TMT go in folder
C:\Users\[user]\Documents\TrackmaniaTurbo\Skins\AnyCE\Advertisement.
All signs seem to work when I ran test with TMX sign pack but don't know yet if loc files are working.
If anyone finds that loc files work or don't work please let us know.

Locators, as far as I test, don't work. Even if you made map that works offline (yes, offline locator loader works for old maps converted from TM2) nobody will see signs online. Use default signs instead. It's way better than empty black billboards. :)

That's not good. The signs available aren't quite what's needed for some maps.
I tried a custom image in the mediatracker, I added a locator and saved map. I deleted image and locator and it seem to work. I guess it must have loaded from my cache.
I'm guessing if locators aren't working I presume custom sounds won't work in the mediatracker either

As I said - even if your sign works offline in solo mode (external resources loading procedure is present in TMT - so I deleted everything from cache and I saw that TMT loads my locators) then online it doesn't work.
