ok my problem is that i like making k-project but when someone uses skins you don´t have you get that grey car




now my question is if you can change this grey car (like the dds.)
or any other default cars (because i can´t find these skins on my computer)

You can change the replay car skin in the replay editor.

is there no other way?

You can change the grey default car. I know because I've done it before but I don't remember how and it will revert back when you update the game. I know I saved a shortcut to the default file and will see if I can find it for you but don't have time to look right now.

i found a folder with all the default skins and changed the .dds of them but when i start the game it wants to update (and than i loos that skin)
and if i abort the update I can´t start the game :/

You don't may change the ingame-files or it will update it automatically in a loop

Save your documents-data and reinstall it

no, rename skins folder to skins2 and all cars will have default skin

well if i do the update it only changes the .dds(back to the original) and the rest stays the same...it doesn´t crash the game

but it doesn´t solve the problem that i have to change 200 skins one by one
