Hello, as I said in the title, I can't change motionblur and it's blocked to 0.25... I would like it to be a 0 but I can't. When I want to type in the textzone (when I click on it) it does nothing... When I want to change it with the red dot: Impossible. Can someone help me? Thaaannks !

I just tried it and encountered the same problem.

However, as you only want to switch it off, there are other workarounds. For instance you can disable 'Motion Blur' and / or just all FX post-processing through the Launcher. See below:
