No proper MS control for <frame3d/>

As in the title, we can't control any of the <frame3d> attributes in ManiaScript. I suggest making class like CMlFrame3D.
And I would recommend to post it in the wishlist instead of opening 500 threads by week ^^
But indeed, i think someone will need it in the future, so. ..
