Manialive Problem

Hello, 
I don't know if I am in the right section, sorry if it's don't !
I've tried to install Manialive on a Trackmania 2 Stadium server...
I download the package on https://code.google.com/archive/p/manialive/downloads and chose the 1st link (manialive.zip)
I unzip the content in a folder and modify some things in config.ini and run.ini to make the server run...
I correctly write the path to php.exe in run.ini and I launch Manialive with run.bat.
At the beginning all seems good (seeing the logo and the configuration).
But it displays a fatal error and says : "The connection has been refused by the computer"or a thing like that. I'll give you the correct message when I'll retry...
