please oh please, don't have packs..

in the editor, I saw something about purchasable packs with mania credits..
if those packs are just visual stuff, then ok. but if they are game changing stuff, like new cars, new tracks and the like, it's going to suck badly.

those things should be included from the beginning, or as free updates.

I think you misunderstood : Everything that can be bought (like car models, maps and other stuff) is bought with ingame money (Panets), not with real world money. So it's still free, you just have to play the game in order to be able to get them.

Players will be able to create their own packs (i.e 4 tracks with 1 car skin) and I think they will be able to upload them there later. Currently you need to upload it to an alternate file host (mediafire etc) and then put them in the corresponding folder(s). Then you will need to pay for them with Planets.

But to buy new content such as a new environment (when they come out) you will need to use real money. Through Paypal or the likes.

I think that is what happens, correct me if I'm wrong.

possibly in a later update.. Its all up to Nadeo (I personally think they should)

They're called environments, not "packs". Packs are only created by players, not by Nadeo. (I know what you mean but things are already confusing as it is, let's try to use the proper name for each thing )
