I hope that you can explain and STICKY the needed Informations for PUBLISHING content correctly the best way. For Steam and Retail Players.

There are different ways to share content but no correct information or explanation about this.

1. You can pulish Titles at this page ?? !! https://player.maniaplanet.com/titles/
2. Ingame via "Options - Packs"
3. ingame at the game Title Editor - Share content

But what is needed and what takes which effects ?

Now the new functions are added via MP4 also there is the same question in the room.

And why cant you upload anything to the Steam Workshop? Is this happening now on the MP site ?

You should be able to upload tracks and skins only in the Workshop when you use the Steam version.

To publish a title you have to go through the Account Manager on the Maniaplanet website. For other content (mods, items, etc...), check on the websites managed by the community (like Mania-Exchange or Maniapark).
